We want you to love your Motel Rocks fits, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, have all tags attached, and are in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select your preferred return shipping carrier and choose whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or a store credit.

  Package and Label

  Securely pack your items and attach the provided downloadable return label to the outside of your parcel, ensuring old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed.
